Priority Jet is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Kennesaw, GA
Priority Jet is a family-owned private jet charter company headquarted at Cobb County Airport in Kennesaw, GA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to join our aviation family. The position will entail management of accounts payable, receivables, and financial reporting functions, and will be primary based in an office setting at the Cobb County Airport.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
1) At least 5 years experience with QuickBooks
2) Payroll experience (including variable pay/commissions & tax reporting requirements), financial reporting, invoicing, A/P & A/R functions.
3) Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) platforms to perform QuickBooks integrations
4) Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Experience in Corporate Aviation or Air Charter is preferred, but not a requirement.
